ADVANCED KINDER-GYM
Classes are offered in a fun-filled, structured program that will help your gymnast improve balance, strength, flexibility, coordination and teammate encouragement. This 55 minute class is led by a coach through warm-up, games, music, and circuits on all gymnastic events. 

RECREATIONAL CLASSES
Offering an active, structured program that will help your gymnast learn to set goals and strive to achieve what they put their minds to, all while having fun and encouraging themselves and teammates. Class will focus on improving strength, flexibility, balance, coordination and positive mindset. This 55 minute class is led by a coach through warm-up, games, goal setting, and circuits on all gymnastic events.
